This document explains what data the AIHealth app (the “App”) processes, why we need it, and how you can manage it. By installing the App, you agree to this policy.
1. What data we collect
- Health profile: sex, age, height, weight, goal, activity level, dietary restrictions — used to calculate calorie targets and workout plans.
- Food diary: meal photos and recognition results, meal logs, water intake.
- Activity: steps, workouts, sleep — from the App itself or from Google Fit / Health Connect if you grant permission.
- Technical data: device model, OS and App version, anonymous UI events and crash reports — for service stability.
2. How we use it
- Build personal nutrition and workout recommendations.
- Recognize food from photos and calculate calories and macros.
- Show progress, send reminders and weekly reports.
- Improve model accuracy and fix App issues.
We do not sell your health data and do not share it with ad networks for targeting.
3. Sharing with third parties
Data may be processed by our technical vendors solely to run the service: cloud hosting, push notifications, subscription payments, anonymous product analytics. They operate under contract and may not use the data for their own purposes.
4. Storage & security
Data is transmitted over a secure channel (TLS) and stored encrypted. Employee access is limited and logged. Meal photos are kept only as long as your diary entry exists and are deleted with it.
5. Your rights
- View and edit your data in Profile.
- Export your diary history to a file.
- Delete your account and all data — Profile → Delete account, or email hello@aihealthsport.com.
- Revoke camera, notification and fitness permissions in Android settings.
6. Children
The App is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.
7. Policy changes
For material changes we will notify you inside the App at least 7 days before they take effect. The current version is always on this page.
Terms of Use
1. Nature of the service
AIHealth is an informational and educational service for building nutrition and fitness habits. The App is not a medical device, does not diagnose, and does not prescribe treatment. Recommendations are for guidance only.
2. Health & responsibility
Before changing your diet or starting workouts, consult a doctor — especially with chronic conditions, pregnancy, medication, or eating disorders. You make decisions about your health yourself.
3. Subscription & billing
Core features are free. Advanced features are offered via Google Play subscription: it renews automatically and can be cancelled anytime in your Google Play account settings. Refunds follow Google Play rules.
4. Acceptable use
You may not reverse-engineer, copy or resell the App, or use it to harm your own health or anyone else’s.
